She is survived by: her children, Sharon Borinski of Helena, Montana, Dan Wick (Amber) of Boise and Billy Conley (Brooke Greenfield) of Ogden, Utah; her son-in-law Juan Haro (Amy Conley) of Ogden Utah; and her pet Cuddles.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Phyllis's name to Aaron's Mortuary to assist with funeral expenses.
