She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucy Butler and Harry Sherman Butler; her grandmother Irene Turner; her uncles, Lonnie Turner and Clarence Bradley; her aunt Lizette Duckworth; her cousins, Shawna Turner and Anthony Holsten; her aunt Martha Turner; and her nephew DeNero Snider.
She is survived by: her children, Lonny-Kirklann McMillan Smith and Kimbryanna Shaquelle-Jaylann Smith; and her siblings, Efrem Cornelius Butler and Kimberlene C. Butler.
