He is survived by: his brother Tod Maltby of Ogden; and his sons, Brent Maltby (Trudy) of Harrisville, Utah, Scott Maltby (Lori) of Tremonton, Utah and David Maltby (Tracy) of North Ogden, Utah.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
