He is survived by: his daughter Heather Louise (Bill); his wife Susan Crook Ennis; his children, Toni Tate (Trent) and Joshua Ennis (Traci); his grandchildren, Israel Davis and Kyle Davis; and his siblings, Lonna "Bunny" Alguire, Charlotte Alexander (Jerry), Brenda McKay (Dan), Tony Ennis, Laura Aquafresca (Leroy), Doreen Byington (Steve), Christine Young (Ned), Ilene Neblett (Sterling), Sharon Blair (Max), Roger Day (Barbara), Sam Day (Cindy) and Janette Merrill (Richard).
