He is survived by: his former spouse Billie Jeane Acord; his daughters, Toni and Kathleen; his wife Gwen Henderson; his sisters, Joan Baker and Shirley Estep; and his sons, Kip Petersen (Opal) and Steve Holbrook. He is also survived by (son-in-law).
