He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Eileen Olsen; and his daughters, Tracey McKissen (Steven), Terry Hawkes (Larry) and Brenda Finlayson (Terry). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
