He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Rice and Melba Evans Rice; his wife Evelyn Johns; his stepfather Harvey Jensen; and his siblings, Lorna Reid and Odell Rice.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lorene Summers and Clayne Jensen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Myers Mortuary (845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84404). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (100 Monroe Blvd, Ogden, UT 84404).
