He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray T. Frazier and Jeanette Franson. He is survived by: his wife Lorrie; his children, Miranda Rizzi (Zach), Jay Frazier (Jordan) and Courtney Bryson (Kyle); and his sisters, Raelene Barrows (Paul) and Lanet Nelson (Keith). He is also survived by grandchildren.
