He is survived by: his wife Linda Monsen; his daughters, Angie Evans (Curtis) of Layton, Pam Nesslage (Kelly) of Ogden and Jodi Olsen (Mike) of Killeen, TX; his grandchildren, Nic Evans (Whitney), Ashley Evans, Sydnee Evans, Rickie Keese (Angela) and Nathan Keese; his great grandchildren, Kaysi Evans Mueller, Quinton, Hayden, Nixon, Greyson and Crew Evans; his grandchildren, Lydia, Layla and Lynnley Keese; Roy, Janice, Tom, Sherry, Kenny, LuAnn, Joan and Darrell.
