With sadness, we share the passing of Robert Strong (Ogden, Utah). Robert, born on March 11, 1956, passed away on October 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thornton Strong and Elsie Mae Sturkie Strong; his siblings, Mary, Gerald and Larry; his brother-in-law Mike Farr; and his granddaughters, Kennedie and Kassidie Provost.
He is survived by: his wife LaRue Hansen Strong; and his children, Alan (Jami), Melanie (Chris), Austin (Adrienne), MacLane (Tanya) and Chelsea (Nathan). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Riverdale Stake Center (4000 Parker Dr, Ogden, UT 84404). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
