It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Arlo Larkins of Ogden, Utah, born in Rupert, Idaho, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Larkins and Jean Tolton; and his son Earnie Above. He is survived by: his children, Debora, April, Russell, Wayne and Tim.
