He is survived by: his mother Marian Golder Hollingsworth; his former wife Laura Evans; his son Joshua Gyle Hollingsworth; his wife Alicia Richmond; his stepchildren, Coleton, Chloe, Liam and Quinn Richmond; his parent Gyle Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Annette Edwards (Jeff), Suzanne Jensen (Shawn) and Brent Hollingsworth (Cindy).
