He is survived by: his wife Judy Templeton; his children, Lamont, Jayla Carter of Dillon, MT, Kristin Carter of Ogden, UT, Gregory Johnson and Tina Marie Templeton of Las Vegas, NV; and his siblings, Rodney Carter of Las Vegas, NV, Tony Carter of Las Vegas, NV, Kevin Carter of California and Tanya Finks of Las Vegas, NV.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
