She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas R. Thomason and Elizabeth L. Thomason; and her sister Betty Ann. She is survived by: her former husband Frank L. Champlin of Rockford Illinois; her son Frank L. Champlin, Jr. (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jennifer Champlin, Chad Champlin and Ashley Zaugg (Ryan); her sisters, Sandra Joines and Sally Sablan (Carlos); and her brother-in-law Dalton Pasley. She is also survived by 3 great- grandchildren.
