We bid farewell to Rulon Black of Ogden, Utah, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 22, 2026 at the age of 77. Rulon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Rulon may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rulon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Black and Lena Delcomte Black; and his sisters, Colleen Dickerson, Bonnie Crouch, Carol Black, Donna Rust, Erma Tifft, Norma Glidden and Melva Lynn Hernandez Varen.
He is survived by: his brother Lee Black. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
