She is survived by : her parents, David Wayne Andrews of Ogden, UT and Debra Afton Stauffer of Pleasant View, UT; her former life partner Richard Weaver; her child Taylee Weaver of West Haven, UT; her granddaughter Zayda; her siblings, Jon Andrews (Tiffany) of Clinton, UT and Shasta Andrews (Brett Rogers); her son Brayden Weaver of Pleasant View, UT; her nieces and nephews, Destinee Carlisle (Isaac Olmstead) of Ogden, UT, Jayden Andrews, Cassidy Andrews and Kyson Andrews; and her great-niece Brixton Olmstead. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
