He is survived by: his daughter Shari Rasmussen (Matt Murphy); his grandchildren, Keegan Rasmussen (Sarah) and Marlee Rasmussen; his great grandchildren, Justin, Julie, Poli'ala and Keahi; his siblings, Pam Richards and Jim Mikesell (Sally); and his siblings-in-law, John Jeff and Lana Cottam.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Leavitt's Mortuary and Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
