He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Rhead and Vivian Rhead; his son Chad Rhead; and his in-laws, Max and Beverly Eddy.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Eddy; his son Jed; his daughter-in-law Erin; his grandchildren, Lexi Knight, Traecer Rhead (Megan) and Quincee Rhead; his great grandchildren, Kanyan, Ridger, Hudson, Prelsee and Cora; and his sisters, Nancy Hansen (late Gaylen) and Florence Hunter (late Gar).
