He is survived by: his sons, Vince and Jesse Romero; his grandson DeVon Romero; his wife Eileen Ortega; and his grandchildren, Jessica (Ladonis), Tiffani Garcia (Lorenzo), Venessa Romero (Chris), Brittany Romero (Carlos), Dillon Romero (Oakleigh) and Kross Romero.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary - Ogden (845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84404). A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Mary's Catholic Church (4050 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401).
