He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Eleanore Thompson and Howard Aldus Green. He is survived by: his wife Claudya; his children, Michael K Green (Diana), Steven H Green Jr. (Maria), Shelley Sill (John), Mindy Enlow, DeeAnn Haroldsen (Scott), Robert Bolin (Sue) and Debbie Houghton (Scott); and his brothers, Robert Green (Iletta) and Joel Richard Green (Cherrin). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
