He was predeceased by: his parents, Rod Lewis and Joan Lewis; his aunt Peggy Lewis; his uncle Lowell Lofgreen; and his brothers, Thomas Lynn Lewis and David Von Lewis.
He is survived by: his brother Mark Alan (Melanie Lewis). He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Russon Mortuary & Crematory - Farmington (1941 N Main St, Farmington, UT 84025). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Farmington City Cemetery (500 N 200 E, Farmington, UT 84025).
