Thomas Halliday Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Halliday (Ogden, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Shipley Halliday and Norma Wood Halliday; his siblings, Lael Halliday, Dee Halliday and Mary Ann Halliday Dallinga; his brother-in-law Dennis Dallinga; his parents-in-law, Silvio Parisi and Alma Parisi; his brother-in-law Jack Iacovelli; and his son-in-law Cody Cazier.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Parisi of Eden, UT; his children, Shellie Drake (Matt), Troy Halliday (Nicki), Kimberlee Monkres (Blaine) and Nate Halliday (Haylie); and his sisters-in-law, Marcia Parisi and Ann Halliday.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 9:29 AM to 11:00 AM, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Huntsville Utah Stake Center (6500 E 1900 N, Eden, UT 84310).
Upon his retirement, he worked for the Ogden Community Foundation, former Mayor Matthew Godfrey, Royal Eccles, and the OCF Board, remodeling and building homes around Ogden City.
