We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2023, at the age of 72, Tom Chavez (Ogden, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Chavez and Ida Bernice Chavez; and his siblings, Nancy Ann Burrell, Tim Lee Chavez, Dennis Ernest Chavez and Michele Tracey Chavez. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
