It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracey Carter of Ogden, Utah, born in Pueblo, Colorado, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Lois Hall; her husband Jeffrey Scott Carter; her children, Lacy Hawes (Mason) and Jeffrey Carter (Bhavni); her grandchildren, Kaesy, Marshall and Micah; her stepmother Sharon Holloway; her mother-in-law Lenora Nerovich; her friends, Wendy, Robin, Linda and Tammy; and her close friend Lenora.
