He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Opheikens and LaDonna Burdess Opheikens. He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Johnson; his wife Wanda Zediker; his siblings, ValDoris Thompson (Doug), Susan Carroll, Joe Opheikens (Kathy), Kristi Peterson and Blair Opheikens; and his children, Heather George (Brady) of Preston, ID, Jared Opheikens (Mindy) of Las Vegas, NV, Trevor Opheikens (Charity) of Clinton, UT and Annie Johnson (Nathan) of Clinton, Utah.. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
