He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Waters and Eda Lewis; his brothers, Brent (Ann) and Evon; his parents-in-law, Ardell and Phyllis Hunt; and his sister-in-law Colleen Christensen.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Greg (Denise), Mikal-Anne and Scott (Angela); his grandchildren, Forrest, Eliza, Colt, Noah, Nina and Will; his siblings, Larry, Lyle (Kelly) and Kathy Stuart (Ed); and his parents-in-law, Barbara Hunt, Wendy Peterson, Lyle Hunt (Denise), Ron Hunt (Jean) and Leonard Christensen (Georgia).
