She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert (Ellen Stephenson) and England; and her sister Nora (Eugene Delmar Browning). She is survived by: her children, C. Milton Neeley, Albert Neeley (Crystal), Jorie Phillips (Michael), Chris Neeley, Andrew Neeley (Denise) and Glen Neeley (Laura); and her sister Tina Medler (Tom). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
