She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard W. Lythgoe and Verla Jones Anderson Lythgoe; her husband Roger Dennison Bills; and her siblings, Darlene Lindley (Dean), Amelia Stone (Jesse) and Howard Lythgoe (Julie).
She is survived by: her children, Denise Darby (Steve), Roger Kent Bills (Charlette), Denis Scot, Emmett Eugene Bills (Teresa), Donna Bills Jensen and Michael Duane Bills.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary (3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the West Warren Cemetery (750 N 6700 W, Ogden, UT 84404).
