He was predeceased by: his parents, William Middleton and Barbara Middleton; and his siblings, Stephen Middleton and Roxanne Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Nodee Hankins; his sons, Bryson Middleton (Ashley) and Mason Middleton; his grandchildren, Aidan, Kenzilynn and Gage; his siblings, Ken Middleton, Christine Middleton, Walt Godwin, Wayne Godwin, Nancy Hunter, David Godwin and Larry Knudsen; and his stepmother Luana Middleton.
