He was predeceased by: his father Rexand Velma Palmer (Baugh); and his children, StephaniePalmer and Tyson Palmer. He is survived by: his daughters, Dallas Hardy (Palmer) and Tanae Graham; and his grandchildren, Lilly Hardy, Emily Hardy, LexieHardy, Braedon Graham and Wyatt Livingston.
