He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Matt Shaw (Carrie), Wendy Shaw (Dustin), Cutlip and Danielle Whittle-Shaw (Maria); his grandsons, Alex (Dan), Malcolm and Miles; and his sisters, Judy Sullivan and Maureen Cushman.
