He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelia Slotboom and Pieter Van Mondfrans. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce and Jerry; his daughter Janice; his wife Maisie; and his children, Jennifer Kleinman (Brent), Julia Brandt, Peter Van Mondfrans (Stacey), Jacquelyn Van Mondfrans and Jeanette Baum (BJ). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
