She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlie Nelson Douglas and Delpha Irene Freeman Douglas; her siblings, Virginia Mae Lancaster (Fred), Delpha Alene, Thomas Nelson, Dexter Leo, Terry Lynn Hartvigsen (Richard) and Ricky Alan; and her children, Candise Hoffman (late Mack), Dustin Lee (Kristin), Kelly Jo and Stacy Dean (Sally). She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Orem City Cemetery.
