He was predeceased by: his son John Franklin Quilter. He is survived by: his children, Brian James, Michael Seth and Shelly Marie; and his siblings, Gary Reeves, Wylene, Carolyn, Roger Craig, Evan Leigh, Ronald Charles and Juanita Ann.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Utah Veterans Memorial Cemetery (17111 S Camp Williams Rd, Bluffdale, UT 84065). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the same location.
