Dal leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Dal’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Dal will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Orr and Douglas Parsons Lawson Sr.; his brothers, Douglas Parsons and David Russell (Janet); his wife Kathleen Moss Devine; and his daughter-in-law Julie.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Dal (Julie), Carreen (Matthew), Brendun Morris (Leslie), Devan Douglas (April) and Ryan Patrick (Jill). He is also survived by his children, 17 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Deer Hollow Ward Chapel (253 S 200 E, Tooele, UT 84074).
