He is survived by: his wife Alicia; his daughters, Eve, Karlie and Jasmine; his grandchildren, Freya, Conan, Britton and Hudson Hawk; his sons-in-law, Matt Warren, Tim Horton and Ryan Plympton; and his family, Boots and Bleu.
