She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Merlin Cook and Barbara Hess Cook; and her brothers, Monte Cook and Bruce Cook. She is survived by: her sisters, Brenda Shannon and Becky Cook; and her children, Tyson Rule (Erin), Joe Rule (Marie), Troy Rule (Amy), Blake Rule (Britney) and Emily Walker (Spencer). She is also survived by grandchildren.
