It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Anne Dillman (Orem, Utah), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Debra Anne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Debra Anne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marion Louise Simmons Dillman and Robert Emanuel Dillman; her sisters, Donna June and Denise Lynette; her husband Frank Charles Martinez IV; her children, Francis Carlos Martinez V, DeAnne Marissa Martinez and Danielle MariElena Martinez; and her sister Cathy Ann. She was also cherished by her nephews, niece, children.
