We bid farewell to Evan Lin of Orem, Utah, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 23, 2025 at the age of 71. Evan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Lin (Tze-Yan) and Eva Lin (Xuan Chen). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Joanne Hughes Warner; his children, Phillip (Mary), Suzanne (Dustin) and Julie (Travis); and his grandchildren, Simon (Epher), Isaac, Levi, Brennan, Madison, Jordan, Kole and Shaylee.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home (646 E 800 N, Orem, UT 84097). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In his later years, Evan become a consumer rights advocate, and was a contributing member for the Consumer Foundation.
