He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Wadsworth Fitzgerald and Florence Sharp Fitzgerald; and his siblings, Kathleen, Paula and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Garna Holbrook; and his children, Tana Cook (Matt), David (Melody), Steven (Jennifer), Daniel (Kelli) and Melinda. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
