He is survived by: his mother Cherilyn Kellogg; his stepfather Christopher Worsley; his brothers, Bradley Kellogg (Alison), Jacob Kellogg (Bri) and Tyler Kellogg; his stepsisters, Janelle Lucero (Ryan), Ryann Hammack (John) and Rylie Worsley (Casey); and his grandparents, Cheryl Gabbitas, Mary Gail Worsley and James Kellogg (Carolee). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and several nieces and nephews.
