He is survived by: his parents, Carlo Okolowitz and Tina Okolowitz; his siblings, Alexandria, Ethan and Owen; and his sibling-in-law Anjali Jarman.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Windsor 7th Ward (1405 N Main St, Orem, UT 84057). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Chapel (1405 N Main St, Orem, UT 84057).
