He is survived by: his siblings, Ralph and Donna; his stepmother Hallie Armacost; his children, Tyler, Cassandra, Ryan, Matthew and Melissa; and his sister Bonnie. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 3 nephews with their wives and children.
