He is survived by: his stepfather Allen Otha Stephens; his children, LaDean Kittell, Juleen May Metzner (Manuel) and Robert Samuel Stephens (Jasmine); his wife LaRaine; his daughter-in-law Michelle Stephens-Kline (Jon); and his stepbrother Dee Stephens. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
