He is survived by : his parents, Victor Manuel Ruiz Rios and Jacqueline Martinez Ruiz; and his siblings, Victor Hugo Ruiz (Sharla) of Tucson, AZ, Carolina Ramirez (Isidro) of Eagle Mountain, UT, Miguel Ruiz (Kristin) of Layton, UT, Jacqueline Beltran (Jared) of Orem, UT and Abraham Ruiz (Kelsey) of Orem, UT.. He is also survived by many friends and family.
