The memory of June Carole Schaefer (Orem, Utah), born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on June 2, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard McKeel and Josephine McKeel; and her siblings, Bill McKeel, Kathleen Berg, Irene Vanderhoof, Gerry Berbert and Bertha Curtis.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Schaefer (Hank); her children, Cindy McCormack (Fred), Ron Schaefer (Ralynn), Sharon Fox (Dave), Kristin Schaefer and Darin Schaefer (Grace); and her siblings, Lorene Shafer, Don McKeel and Diane McKeel. She is also survived by her eighteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cascade 6th Ward (430 E 400 N, Orem, UT 84097). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heber City Cemetery (680 N 550 E, Heber City, UT 84032).
