She is survived by: her sister Annette O'rilla Smith Domm; her husband Clark Dennis Smith of Orem, UT; her children, Clark Dennis Smith, Jr. of Alpine, UT, Shauna Marie Burt (Brandon) of Alpine, UT, Michael John Smith (Debbie) of Alpine, UT, Mark Edward Smith (Tami) of Chesapeake Bay, Virginia and Steven Alan Smith (Julia) of Meridian, ID; and her brother Max John Smith (Joan). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
