It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Wayne Perkins (Orem, Utah), who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Perkins and Gertrude Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Vella Crowther; his children, Annette (Sheldon), Valene (Bryan), Denise (Robert) and Michael (April); and his brother Melvin.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Chapel (80 S 280 E, Orem, UT 84058). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
