He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Lundell and Karen Steele; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Joyce Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Jolene Johnson; his children, Jefferson and Kari Ann (Stacey); his granddaughters, Addison and Shailee; his siblings, Frances Hume (Gary), Richard (Barbara), Gary (Leanna), Tammy Lance (Chuck) and Sheri Wilson; his in-laws, Susan Brierley, Kenneth Johnson (Sue), Lorene Sweatfield and Deanne Johnson; his aunt LaDawn Ludlow; his uncle Clark Clayson; and his cousin Kevin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
