She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Lucille Ward and Albert Edward Carlson. She is survived by: her siblings, Petrece Boyd (Doug), Albert E. Carlson Jr. (Anita), Jay Carlson (Janet) and Jan Ward Carlson (Carol Ann); and her nieces and nephews, Stephen, David, Jacob, Michael, Matthew, Mark, McKay, Amy, Lily, Rachel, Shannon, Jessica, Stephanie, Jennifer, Danielle and Merissa.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Northridge 7th Ward Chapel (1780 N 165 E St, Orem, UT 84057). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
